Clemens says a car was stolen from the 2900 block north Highland Ave around 9 a.m. Then at 2:30 p.m. officers saw a car on fire in the 2500 block of North Bahnson Ave. He says the suspect knew the owner of the car
Firefighters were called to the fire at Cactus Cafe and Lounge just before 9 p.m. Monday. Those first on scene found smoke and fire coming from the building. Crews worked to contain the fire for several hours

The Sioux Falls Police Department says they haven't identified the body of a man who was found in the water near Fawick Park. Officials say the death doesn't appear to be suspicious, however an autopsy will be performed
Clemens says a 19-year-old man showed up to a Sioux Falls hospital with a gunshot wound to his torso Monday night around 9:30 p.m. Police determined the shooting took place at an apartment in the 600 block of North Lewis Ave. A search warrant was issued and SWAT was called in
